Custom Built Home Sloping Block Design – Morpeth, Hunter Valley – this new luxury custom designed home is situated on a riverfront block in Morpeth. The home owners chose high end fittings, fixtures and finishes throughout and the end result is a beautiful split level design home that was designed specifically to suit the downward sloping block.
Custom Built Acreage Home – Fishers Hill, Hunter Valley – this new modern custom designed home sits perfectly on this large acreage block within the Hunter Valley. To add their own style, the home owners included bespoke timber features throughout and added sandstone cladding to the fireplace. They opted for hand crafted recycled timber fixtures for the timber vanities, mirrors and feature doors which definitely give the home it’s own uniqueness.
Custom Designed Home – Pokolbin ‘The Vintage’, Hunter Valley – built in an exclusive estate within the Hunter Valley wine region of Pokolbin, this custom designed home was built with style, comfort and energy efficiency in mind. To achieve this goal, NRG Greenboard exterior cladding was used on external walls for maximum insulation benefits to help with heating and cooling costs. The home design, products and landscaping all had to comply with strict land estate guidelines. High end fixtures and fittings were installed throughout to create this luxurious new home.
Acreage Country Style Home – Branxton, Hunter Valley – this Hamptons style acreage home is complete with a large wrap around verandah to take in the lovely bushland surrounds. The new custom built home sits on an elevated block in the Hunter Valley suburb of Branxton. The home owners chose to use a custom home builder so they could design their new home to suit the sloping block. They also didn’t want to be restricted when it came to selecting products for their new home. The front entry doors were sourced by the home owners.
