Introducing the Louth Park Project: A Coastal Haven with a New Zealand Twist
We’re so excited to announce that our Louth Park project was recently featured in the Newcastle Herald. Located on our clients Janine & Dan on their property in Louth Park, the architecturally designed custom home was designed with the vision of modern coastal meets New Zealand lodge.
Janine and Dan have called this property their own for over three decades, and when they approached us to bring their vision to life, we knew we had an extraordinary opportunity to create something truly special. The primary objective was clear from the start: to design a home that maximized the sweeping views of the rolling landscape and capture their favourite view. Equally important was the desire to ensure privacy and seclusion, setting the house back from the road to create a tranquil retreat for the couple.
From the moment you arrive at the Louth Park residence, you are greeted by a grand gabled entryway serves as a warm welcome to family and friends. Stepping inside, you’re swept into the open plan living space, thoughtfully designed to embrace the natural light and harness the gentle breezes.
We are immensely proud to have played a part in bringing Janine and Dan’s dreams to life. Witnessing their joy as they stepped into their new home, to be filled with love, laughter, and cherished memories, was a rewarding experience that will forever hold a special place in our hearts.
